What is No Packet November?
No Packet November is a movement which encourages families to reduce their consumption of packaged food for one month and make a stand against the billion-dollar food manufacturers that are making us sick. Not only are the many packet foods on our supermarket shelf contributing to many of today’s illnesses, they are also having a negative impact on the environment – the world in which our kids are growing up in. You can read about the scale of lunchbox rubbish here.

How Can I Help You Use No Packets In November?
I want to help you. Tell me the packets you commonly use, and I will give you suggestions on how to replace them. Let’s go – tell me in the comments to this post.
For some inspiration, here’s a couple of my packet free lunchboxes. But this is not just about lunchboxes either, if you have a meal you would like to improve by removing a packet, let me know that too.
