
3 Ingredient Scone Recipe
A beverage mixing with personal care products does not - sorry, rant over.
Seriously though this 3 ingredient scone recipe is so simple and the lemonade does 2 things. The carbonation helps make the scones light and airy, whilst the sugar from the lemonade gives them sweetness. I have made these before with just soda water and added some sugar to give it sweetness.

Ingredients
- 4 Cups Self-Raising Flour, 600 grams
- 1 Cup Cream, 250mls (the standard cream you use to whip into whipped cream)
- 1 Cup Sprite, 250mls (lemonade/soda)

Raspberry Chia Jam
4 simple ingredients and you have yourself a deliciously sweet homemade jam that's far more nutritious than the ones you buy at the supermarket. Perfect to go with the scones.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of Frozen Raspberries
- 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup*
- 1 tablespoon 100% pure maple syrup*
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
