Justine Moore
Certified Instructor – The Mad Food Science Program
Justine Moore is an Integrative Health Coach, GAPS practitioner, child health advocate and educator.
Justine has a Bachelor of Science with Honours from Sydney University and worked for many years in the public and private sectors helping to manage the precious water resources of the Murray-Darling Basin. Around 7 years ago, after helping her children heal from severe food intolerances, Justine turned her focus to our internal environment rather than the external one and began re-training in nutrition with a focus on gut health and health education.
Justine is an Integrative Health coach having trained with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Mindd.org. In 2015 Justine became a certified GAPS Practitioner and is in the process of completing her Masters in Holistic Nutrition with Hawthorn University. In 2019, Justine became a Certified Mad Food Science Program Instructor.
Today, Justine helps families and individuals unravel their health issues (with a specific focus on gut related issues), trying to get to the root cause, using various food based healing protocols and other complementary therapies (where needed) to help them on their road to healing.
Are you working with an Integrative Practitioner trying to unravel your health issues? Have they given you a protocol to follow (including dietary or biomedical interventions) but limited input on how to get started? Justine works alongside Integrative practitioners to provide help with the implementation of specialised healing protocols, breaking them down into easy to implement steps and then supporting you at every step along the way.
Are you considering starting the GAPS Nutritional Protocol or are you stuck on how to move forward? As a GAPS practitioner Justine specialises working out the intricacies of how to apply the protocol to your or your families individual circumstances. Justine holds support groups for those implementing the GAPS nutritional protocol and gut healing cooking sessions for those wanting to explore gut healing in more depth.
If you are after one on one health coaching, Justine employs a collaborative approach, acting as your partner or ally, not only providing targeted education but just as importantly empowering you to discover solutions and become your own advocate. Justine will support you in developing the skills you need to embrace new behaviours that result in lasting change.
Justine is available for bookings for the Mad Food Science Program, or for one on one consultations.
In her spare time, Justine enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, 4-wheel driving and mountain biking.
