Certified Instructor – The Mad Food Science Program

Kelly Rowe is a wife, Mum of 3, a Registered Nurse and a Health Coach, who is passionate about improving people’s health.

Kelly knows first hand the effects food, in particular additives and preservatives can have on our health, emotions and sleep. Kelly has experienced these concerns within her own family and knows the amazing benefits education, knowledge and making improved food choices can have on her children’s health.

Having worked as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, Kelly knows too well the crippling effect of chronic disease and lifestyle choices is having on our children, families and local communities. Kelly seeks to make a change through support, guidance and a more holistic approach.

Kelly joined The Root Cause in 2023 to share her passion to educate and empower the next generation to make a stand for their own health.

Kelly is available to present The Mad Food Science Program in primary schools and community settings.
