Natasha Dawson
Certified Instructor – The Mad Food Science Program
Natasha is a mum to a hungry son, wife to a charming husband, a keen hiker and nature connection guide. As an environmental educator and advocate for low-tox living she is passionate about connecting with food and nature, and the role those connections play in influencing our wellbeing.
In the late 1990’s a variety of health complaints led Natasha to a wholefood, low-tox lifestyle and she has been an avid consumer of knowledge on ancestral lifestyle practices ever since.
Natasha believes that when you eat quality produce and take small steps in the right direction with a holistic approach, you will find the health you want for you and your family. Asking "What’s in my food and where does it come from?" most of the time, so you can go with the flow of the rest of the time!
