Certified Instructor – The Mad Food Science Program
Olivia Salmon is a Nutritionist, a Wife and most importantly a Mum. Together with her family they run a property in Southern Tasmania where we produce prime lambs, beef cattle and crops.
Everything Olivia does ties in together to fuel her passion for children’s health. She loves the farm, the simplicity of fresh air, fresh water and what it brings to her life and the simple pleasures of growing food, food that’s as close to nature as possible, food for her family to eat and can sell to others for optimum health.
Olivia believes that all children have the right to fresh food and she's passionate about educating both adults and children on how to access, cook and eat real food.
Through her work, Olivia's goals are to empower people with the knowledge and strength to make the small and simple changes that bring about massive results with her mottos being “keep it real” and “make it simple”.
Rural health and the rural health of children has motivated Olivia to make a stand for children’s health, to inspire, empower and equip children to have what it takes to be in control of what they eat and what they put in their bodies. They are the next generation and she wants to help break the cycle of obesity, poor health and poor nutrition. They deserve better, they are our future, and they are worth it.
