Sarah is a personal cook who has a passion for simple, delicious and nourishing food. Sarah loves to cook for her family as well as other busy families. She shares her knowledge and skills in the kitchen to make reaching for wholesome and nutritious food accessible for everyone.
While always having a keen interest in food, before sharing her passion for families to eat real food, Sarah worked in client relations and sales. Sarah held a number of roles with in the aviation and tourism industry assisting clients to find the best fitting products and services for their needs.
Now Sarah loves sharing her food and cooking knowledge with others. Whether it is teaching them how to cook, one on one or in small groups in their own kitchen, filling their fridge with delicious food or just seeing some improvements in their health by making small lifestyle changes.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys exercising, reading great books and travelling.Favourite Recipe
