The Great Breakfast Reset

I’m Bel Smith from The Root Cause and one of the most common questions I get asked is “what does your family eat for breakfast?” My simple answer is pretty much most foods other than cereal. Five years ago, we relied heavily on cereal, but as I had seen through my work, the best foods for us don’t come from inside a box, despite the breakfast cereal industry marketing brilliantly how convenient cereals they are.
