OMG what a revelation this gadget is! I am so excited to be sharing this with you – the Easy Peasy Sushi Maker
We steer clear of gluten because of the negative impact it has on Israel and our 8yo daughters behaviour. This means we need to be a little more creative with our lunches because we can’t have sandwiches. Therefore, Sushi is an easy and regular lunch item once a week. It’s usually Thursdays lunch because I buy it when I finish my grocery shopping on Wednesdays. By the time I have bought Sushi for both the kids and then for Israel and I too, the cost is about $28. The cost really gets me but not nearly as much as actually making Sushi at home. Have you tried it? I get little bits of sticky rice everywhere and it’s never a beautiful round shape. It’s all a little too much effort the night before or in the morning before school.
Reluctantly I pay the dollars and suck it up. Now that was until I saw this little invention demonstrated here by one of our very own Mum Experts – Yvette Bowyer of Little Bento World.
I promptly ordered one and can not wait for it to arrive. It’s only $18 – that means for me, it’s paid for itself in not even a week! If you are as excited as me, click here to buy one for yourself. Whilst you are there, take a look around and see what other fantastic accessories Yvette has on offer to make your child’s lunch box more interesting.
