In our Kids Health Quest Membership, I create quirky quest to help families have fun and explore food. This was a quest where families explored about minimising waste and keeping their vegetables scraps so they could be re-used to make nourishing meals.
I make a big batch of stock or broth every 2 weeks, then freeze it. This way I can use it in meals most nights of the week.
Evening adding some of this to the water that you cook pasta or rice can boost the nutrition in those meals.
