I often get asked about what my approach to Easter is. People seem to think that because of the work I do, that I don't let my kids have chocolate or other foods made in a factory. Let me say that is just not true. I am health focussed which means allowing our kids to make friends with a wide variety of foods, but with most food I offer, being food that is grown in nature.
This doesn't mean I buy processed factory foods regularly, but it also doesn't mean that I restrict them. Our family loves chocolate - even when it's not Easter. But if you're intrigued about my approach to Easter, jump across to this post.
In this Kids Health Quest Cook-Along video, Indrani shares how to make Chocolate Mousse using ingredients grown in nature. This would be a great special dessert for Easter.
